Miniature Steam Pty Ltd is based in Australia. It provides the same products internationally, anywhere in the world, subject only to different freight arrangements and GST exempt prices. Our product and service quality standards are universal.

For delivery of Australian orders we use the regular Australia Post services for items up to 20 kg and less than one meter long. For items with larger dimensions or heavier than 20kg, we use Couriers Please. At our discretion we my use Couriers Please for an item less than 20 kg or one meter long if it provides a more cost effective alternative for you.

For products required in a hurry we use Express Post or Express Post Platinum. An extra charge applies for this premium service. (Please note that next business day delivery guaranteed by Australia Post only applies for areas within the Express Post domestic network).

For expensive items we use registered mail, plus extra insurance cover.

Of course you are always welcome to collect an order directly from our factory in Montrose, Victoria.
